Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Experience in higher education admissions preferred.
Experience in sales is preferred.
Knowledge of Aurora University programs preferred.

Responsibilities

Identifies, recruits and enrolls a specified quantity of prospective students in an assigned territory.
Assist with special programs and research projects; participates in enrollment strategies to meet goals.
Achieve assigned recruiting metrics, including territory visits.
Timely follow up through the enrollment funnel to yield the next action step.
Provide accurate information about Aurora University's degree programs and admissions procedures.
Maintain an assigned number of high school visits, college fairs, and communications with prospect families.
Engage with CRM and recruitment technology; suggest process improvements.
