Job summary

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers and display seafood promptly and cheerfully.
• Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
• Communicate with customers and associates.
• Unload and store merchandise; display foods per standards and policies; follow Health Department regulations.
• Perform required temperature monitoring.
• Monitor product quality to ensure freshness and safety.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms and coolers clean and organized.
• Keep carts, tools, equipment and supplies in their designated areas.
• Wash and sanitize cookware and utensils per policies and procedures.
• Maintain signage, product rotation, freshness and space allocation.
• Maintain equipment and facilities safely per policies.
• Adhere to company policies and laws; work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Operate cash register as applicable; perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
