Job summary

Crider Foods in Stillmore, GA is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to conduct inspections and record results on products and facilities. The role is hourly and involves following food safety and quality policies while ensuring accurate documentation.

The incumbent will perform measurements, equipment inspections, and raw material checks, while maintaining GMP compliance and clear communication with the team. Strong reading/writing in English and reliable attendance are essential.

• Successfully passed QA Proficiency Exam.
• Must be able to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Comply with and support all Food Safety and Quality policies, programs and procedures to ensure products meet and exceed consumer expectations.
• Perform measurement and weight control checks.
• Perform equipment inspections.
• Perform incoming raw material inspections.
• Check instruments such as temperature gauges at regular intervals.
• Ensure machines are kept clean.
• Inspect product labels, MSDS and safe use of chemicals.
• Record and maintain accurate and detailed records.
• Ensure GMPs are followed.
• All other duties as assigned.
