Job summary

Cosentinos Price Chopper in Shawnee, KS is seeking a Produce Clerk to assist customers, stock and display fresh produce, and maintain quality and freshness throughout the department.

This part-time, on-site position reports to the Produce Manager. Applicants must obtain a food handling permit within 14 days and complete ongoing training per the Cosentino Learning Plan. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Know and implement the Cosentino Customer Service Standards.
• Prepare, package and display products in the produce department.
• Inspect product for freshness, damage, and dates and rotate stock.
• Operate and maintain department equipment safely.
• Keep the department clean and safe for customers and coworkers.
