Job summary

MMLSSOLUTIONS LLC in Florida is seeking a Produce Associate to maintain fresh, high-quality fruits and vegetables, ensure attractive displays, and support sales goals.

You will receive and inspect shipments, stock shelves, rotate produce, assist customers, monitor inventory, and follow food safety guidelines. This role is 35–40 hours per week with AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail or grocery experience preferred, especially in produce or perishables.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Knowledge of produce varieties and proper handling techniques.
• Strong communication and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming produce shipments for quality, freshness, and accuracy.
• Stock and rotate produce displays to ensure optimal presentation and minimize spoilage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the produce department, including sanitation practices.
• Assist customers with knowledgeable recommendations and questions about produce items.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to reorder stock as needed.
• Follow safety and food handling guidelines to ensure health regulation compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet department sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
