Job summary

Cardenas Markets is seeking a friendly Produce Clerk who will help maintain the produce department and assist customers with product information. You will work as part of a team to ensure fresh, well-displayed produce and a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include stocking, receiving deliveries, answering customer questions, and being flexible to assist in other areas as needed to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Produce/Grocery experience desirable
• Customer Service experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and ensure the freshest product is available to customers
• Address inquiries and assist customers with location of items throughout the produce department
• Receive product deliveries and ensure accuracy of items
• Stock, rotate, and organize items on shelves
• Maintain clean shelves, racks, and aisles of store
• Provide flexibility by helping in any area in order to support store needs
