Job summary

ZippyApp - Recruitment Marketing is seeking a Produce Clerk for the Alabama location. You will stock and rotate produce and floral items, trim, water, and merchandise to maintain freshness and appeal, and assist customers with product details.

You will help manage inventory for freshness and availability, and suggest additional items to increase sales. The role emphasizes customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to frequently lift 35 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• High School education preferred, or an equivalent amount of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and rotating merchandise in produce and floral departments.
• Trimming, watering, and merchandising products to ensure freshness and quality.
• Maintain proper inventory to maximize freshness and availability.
• Answer customer questions about produce and floral products and upsell with recommendations.
