Job summary

Food Lion in Hickory, NC is seeking a Produce Clerk to deliver friendly, prompt customer service and maintain the standards of the Produce Department. The role focuses on accurate stocking, proper display, and adherence to the store’s policies and safety guidelines.

The position requires unloading trucks, assisting with pricing and merchandising, and following Food Safety procedures. You will complete CBT training and wear the prescribed uniform on duty.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service within the Produce Department and maintain standards per policy.

• Unload trucks for the Produce Department and ensure proper receiving and display.
• Understand and use company tools such as ACIS and CAO.
• Follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
