Job summary

Festival Foods is seeking a part-time Produce Clerk in Oshkosh, WI. You will help maintain stock and provide outstanding guest service in our fresh produce area, ensuring the highest quality and cleanliness across the department.

You will rotate stock, assist guests with questions, and support the team to ensure fast, friendly service while maintaining safety standards and proper equipment use. This role offers weekend/holiday shifts and a positive community atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills for guest interactions and problem solving.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work well with a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.
• Understanding of safety policies and proper handling of equipment.
• Knowledge of retail food and perishable department operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in person and by phone to assist with items, orders and requests.
• Maintain stock and displays; rotate products using FIFO for freshness.
• Keep floors and coolers clean, log temperatures, and complete rotation/shrink sheets daily.
• Maintain supplies and the produce cooler; order dips, spices and herbs as needed.
• Support the team with additional duties and ensure reliable attendance.
