Job summary

Food Lion in Hilton Head Island, SC is seeking a Produce Department team member to provide quality customer service, maintain display standards, and maximize sales through friendly, efficient service.

You will unload trucks, help with ordering and inventory using store tools, follow safety guidelines, and complete required CBT and training to support a safe, organized grocery environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service in the Produce Department.
• Unload trucks for the Produce Department.
• Understand and follow ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying of merchandise per policies.
• Understand and follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform with apron and name badge when on duty.
• Complete Computer Based Training (CBT) and required training packets.
