Job summary

Meijer is hiring a Food Clerk to deliver a friendly, knowledgeable customer experience in our Fresh departments. You’ll engage with customers, share product information, and keep displays fresh and inviting for shoppers.

You will stock and merchandise according to standards, use technology to complete tasks accurately, and follow food safety procedures. A helpful, proactive teammate who enjoys talking with customers will thrive here.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
