Job summary

H-E-B in Texas is seeking a Production Representative to provide fresh, made-in-store products such as salads, sandwiches, and pizzas while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.

You will cut and prepare ingredients, package and label products, support multiple prep areas, and assist with catering orders as needed. The role requires rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in food preparation and equipment (preferred).
• Culinary certification, or equivalent combination of culinary training / work experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Cuts, slices, dices, chops food for recipe preparation per SOPs.
• Packages, labels, stock, rotate products.
• Completes tasks at assigned workstation.
• Assists in multiple food preparation areas.
• Assists in catering orders as needed.
• Performs other duties as needed.
