Job summary

Town & Country Markets in Shoreline, WA is seeking an entry-level Produce Associate to support the Fresh Prep area and display cases. You will ensure product quality, proper packaging, labeling, and displays while delivering professional customer service.

This role requires knife skills, the ability to multitask, and flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior Produce/Food Service experience is preferred in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Participates in product production and presentation in the Fresh Prep area.
• Ensures all product quality, packaging and presentation are met.
• Washes, peels, mixes, cuts, packages and labels produce items to standards and spec set by Town & Country Markets.
• Rotates and fills display cases.
• Provides excellent/professional customer service.
• Operates all equipment in accordance with operating standards.
• Adheres to all company policies.
• Adheres to all food safety/HACCP/sanitation requirements.
• Maintains department cleanliness, product freshness, & variety.
• Maintains retail price integrity and accuracy.
• May be required to participate in the core Produce Department as needed.

THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF . .

Entry Level Compensation

USD $18.40/Hr.

Maximum Compensation

USD $26.85/Hr.
