Job summary

Hannaford Supermarkets in Exeter, NH is hiring for a Meat/Seafood Team Member. You will develop product knowledge in all areas of the department, assist with training, and maintain sanitation standards to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills and desire to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Must meet minimum age requirements.
• Lift cases weighing 50lb. frequently and 100 lb. on occasion.
• Stand or walk 100% of the time in temperatures around 45°F.
• Perform repetitive grasping, twisting, reaching, bending, and hand motions.

• Support safety standards and report needed repairs or maintenance.
• Observe and maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Maintain department appearance and presentation.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
