Qualifications

• Weekend availability

• Operate power tools (automatic wrapper, slicer, grinder, power saw, jack)
• Safe handling of cleaning chemicals
• Team player in a fast-paced environment
• Calmly handle stressful situations with customers and associates
• Meat experience or food preparation background
• Dependability and integrity in past work
• Knowledge of employment laws and OSHA compliance

Responsibilities

• Prepare and display merchandise neatly and efficiently.
• Check product quality; ensure freshness, safety, and rotation.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers organized.
• Keep carts, tools, and supplies in designated areas and floors clean.
• Manage inventory levels and freshness in display cases; unload trucks and prepare merchandise.
• Provide good customer and associate relations.
• Wash and sanitize equipment per policy and health dept. rules.
• Make a clean, neat, and friendly impression on customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Greet customers and help them find products promptly.
• adhere to dress code, grooming, and sanitation policies.
• Maintain work area and equipment in safe, orderly condition.
• Perform any duties as assigned.
