• Maintain product assortment and inventory for the kitchen.
• Verify pricing accuracy and signage, especially for ad items.
• Keep kitchen clean and sanitized daily to company standards.
• Serve chef prepared salads and entrees from the chef case.
• Slice meats and cheeses to order and package products for sale.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to all customers.
• Restock kitchen and assist with deliveries.
• Support other kitchen department tasks as needed.
