Job summary

Due' Cucina in Redmond, WA is seeking a Hot Line Cook for a part-time shift Monday–Friday from about 10:00 am to 2:30 pm. The role involves cooking hot line items to The company’s standards, prepping ingredients, and maintaining kitchen efficiency. Competitive pay based on experience, with medical, dental, and vision benefits for eligible staff.

Applicants should be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen, lift up to 50 lbs, and have a positive, team-oriented attitude. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of kitchen experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour shift.
• Must speak conversational English.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Willing to obtain a Food Handler’s card within 7 days of hire.
• Spanish language skill is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and uphold company values.
• Cook pasta, sauces, and hot items according to standards.
• Prepare and portion ingredients in advance for smooth kitchen operations.
• Handle daily preparation for items in operations.
• Communicate with Cold Line and Expeditor for BOH workflow.
• Take responsibility for daily hotline operations and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and cooking methods.
• Stock and maintain adequate levels at station for service.
• Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness, including walk-in cooler.
• Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
