Job summary

Walmart is hiring a part-time Meat / Produce associate to keep the Fresh area stocked and maintain food safety standards. You will move incoming merchandise to the salesfloor, rotate product, and ensure displays are tidy throughout the day.

You’ll help customers, stock departments from produce to bakery, and assist with ready-to-eat items while keeping areas clean and compliant with temperature controls. Shift timing may start 8:00pm–11:00pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in fresh food or grocery is a plus.
• Customer service experience is beneficial.
• Ability to work evenings and part-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the products they are looking for
• Ensure high quality products are available in produce, deli, bakery, dairy, meat, and other departments
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
• Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
• Assist customers in ordering cakes, fulfilling deli orders, or finding the right produce
• Keep area clean, sanitized, and customer-ready*
