Job summary

Walmart is seeking a part-time Meat/Produce associate to help keep the Fresh area fully stocked and properly displayed throughout the day. You will rotate products, maintain food safety standards, and assist customers in finding items across various departments from produce to deli and bakery.

The role includes packing, stocking, and occasionally preparing ready-to-eat foods, with shifts starting between 7:00am–9:00am or 4:00am–7:00am. Benefits and schedules reflect Walmart’s store policies.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in retail or grocery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food retail environment.
• Knowledge of fresh food safety standards beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find products in meat and produce sections.
• Ensure high quality products are available across deli, bakery, dairy, meat and other departments.
• Pack and stock displays; rotate products and maintain fresh displays.
• Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food when needed.
• Assist customers with cake orders and deli requests.
• Keep work area clean, sanitized, and customer-ready.
