Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in a related retail or perishables role.
• Completion of Company Orientation and Safety Training.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service in-store and over the phone.
• Assist customers with product selection and questions; take orders.
• Prepare, package, and merchandise fresh products daily; rotate stock.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in all departments.
• Support various departments (Produce, Meat, Seafood, Floral, Market) with knowledge and service.
• Keep display cases clean, stocked, and properly labeled; assist in pricing and packaging.
