Sam's Club in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a Team Member for prepared foods and rotisserie chicken operations. You will follow recipes, wrap, label, and store items to ensure freshness, and assist members with bakery orders while delivering friendly, efficient service.

You will handle multiple tasks, help educate teammates, and uphold food safety standards, sanitation, and inventory control to maintain clean, member-ready areas.

Qualifications

• Must complete all required trainings and assessments within the designated time if selected for the position.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications for prepared foods; assist cross-functional teams; educate other associates; communicate effectively with team members; be flexible to business needs.
• Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specs; plan future productions and mass productions; prep for seasonality; follow food safety standards and sanitation guidelines; operate and sanitize equipment.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales; enhance shopping and engagement; use handheld tech for decisions related to production, training and quality with the member in mind.
• Be an Owner: Drive area performance; manage high exposure and expectations; stock/rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; reduce waste; assist customers according to policy.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department; model high-quality service; show energy and passion for the work.
