Job summary

Walmart in Pittsburgh is hiring for a Team Member in our prepared foods area. You will help prepare fresh items daily, wrap and label products, and assist members with bakery orders.

You’ll keep shelves clean, check temperatures, verify expiration dates, and dispose of low-quality items to ensure the freshest products for families. Be part of a team that uses digital tools to drive sales, engages with customers, and upholds food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications for prepared foods.
• Be a Team Member: collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools and tasks.
• Be a Team Member: assist in keeping the Sales Floor clean, stocked, and compliant with policies.
• Be an Expert: prepare food according to item specs and ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
