Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items for cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars per production sheets.
• Labels, dates, covers, and rotates items; monitors quality and freshness.
• Replenishes items and maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling where appropriate.
• Maintains accurate signage and pricing; reports safety hazards.
