Job summary

Walmart in Mount Vernon, WA is hiring Food and Consumable associates to help customers and merchandise displays. You’ll move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal displays to meet customer needs.

Duties include assisting customers, stocking, preparing ready-to-eat foods, and keeping areas clean and sanitized. The role offers full-time hours with shifts starting between 7:00am and 9:00am.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is helpful.
• Ability to merchandise and stock displays.
• Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation.
• Willingness to work early morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the products they are looking for.
• Ensure high quality products are available in produce, deli, bakery, dairy, meat, and other departments.
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food.
• Assist customers in ordering cakes, fulfilling deli orders, or finding the right produce.
• Keep area clean, sanitized, and customer-ready.
