Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Food Clerk to deliver welcoming, efficient service and strong product knowledge in our Fresh departments. You’ll engage with customers, assist in locating products, and ensure displays are fresh and organized.

This role supports multiple departments such as Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery in a fast-paced environment. You’ll join a team that values customer-focused service, continuous learning, and safe, clean operations.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
