Job summary

Enmarket is seeking Food Service Team Members to support the proper operation of the Food Service Station, ensuring customer needs are met with a warm, efficient service style. You will handle food prep, keep self-serve areas well stocked, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

As a team member, you will greet customers, operate the register, and assist with inventory management while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor on a fast-paced shift at our Bluffton location.

Qualifications

• General safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures.
• Product/production processes.
• Allergen & Food Safety Awareness.
• Basic knowledge of the product, production processes and other techniques for maximizing the level of production.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Awareness of sanitation and hygiene procedures and practices.
• Concern for the safety of self and co-workers and a responsible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Preparing all fresh made to order food items.
• Maintaining all self-service food offerings including coffee, fresh case items, dispensers, fountain machines, and condiment center.
• Load product into fresh case as needed.
• Operate the cash register.
• Provide best in class customer service.
• Maintain high levels of sanitation.
• Assist in monitoring of inventory levels for freshness and availability.
