Job summary

You will prepare, package, stock fresh product, and support multiple cooking venues while ensuring accurate production and on-time delivery for customers. 18+ and 1+ year of commercial foodservice experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, slices, dices, chops food for recipes
• Preps per recipe specs and SOPs
• Uses production planning tools to ensure in-stock items
• Prepares, packages, and stocks fresh product
• Assists in multiple cooking venues and catering orders
• Maintains temperature integrity of ingredients and equipment
• Delivers accurate production and fulfillment for orders
• Provides excellent customer service and menu knowledge
