Job summary

Sam's Club in Eau Claire, WI is hiring a Team Member for our prepared foods and rotisserie sections. You will prepare fresh items, wrap, label, and store merchandise to keep items fresh for our members.

You’ll assist with bakery orders and ensure quality, temperature control, and proper dating on products. You will also help maintain a clean, organized sales floor, assist customers, and adapt to changing tasks with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared foods, collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates, and adapt to business needs.
• Prepare food according to item specifications, plan for future productions and seasonality, ensure food safety standards and sanitation, manage inventory and equipment.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, assist with production decisions, and train others on new tools and processes.
• Drive area performance by stocking, dating control, and reducing waste while assisting customers according to company policies.
• Be a talent ambassador, delivering high-quality service and product standards, showing energy and commitment.
