Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Food Clerk to create a fresh, welcoming store experience in our Fresh departments. You’ll build positive connections with customers, share product knowledge, and help maintain appealing displays.

You’ll stock, rotate and merchandise products, use technology to complete tasks, and follow food safety procedures. Previous retail or food service experience is helpful, but not required; physical activity is expected.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
