Perdue Foods is seeking a Fresh Cuts Process Technician II for the 2nd shift to drive production excellence in our Fresh Cuts facility. You will set up, monitor, and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, and OEE goals while partnering with maintenance and operations to troubleshoot and improve processes.

Summary
Drive operational excellence and production performance in our Fresh Cuts facility. As a Fresh Cuts Process Technician, you will set up, monitor, adjust, and maintain production equipment and processes to support safety, quality, and efficiency goals while achieving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) standards. You will partner closely with production, maintenance, and operations teams to troubleshoot equipment issues, optimize performance, and minimize downtime. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and making a direct impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
