Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Fresh Cut Produce Clerk to actively prep and display fresh fruits and vegetables. You will slice, dice, package, check freshness, and maintain organized prep areas while supporting inventory and restocking.

Customer service skills are essential in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Ideal candidates have basic food prep experience, knife safety awareness, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or produce prep preferred.
• Knife skills and safety awareness when handling prep tools.
• Ability to identify quality produce and follow food safety guidelines.
• Friendly, helpful attitude and clear communication with customers.
• Capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to a clean, sanitary and organized workspace.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
