Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Fresh Cut Produce Clerk to work hands-on with fruits and vegetables, slicing, dicing, and packaging produce to perfection. You will check for freshness, maintain prep areas, and build attractive displays to delight customers.

You will also assist with inventory, restocking, and customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or produce prep preferred.
• Ability to identify quality produce and follow safety guidelines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Slice, dice, and package produce to meet freshness standards.
• Check for freshness and rotate stock; ensure proper labeling.
• Maintain clean prep areas and organized displays for customers.
