Job summary

IHG Mechanical in Los Angeles, CA seeks a skilled Freon and Ammonia Refrigeration Technician to join our team. This full-time role focuses on maintaining and repairing ammonia and freon refrigeration systems for industrial clients, with a regular 7:00 am to 4:00 pm schedule and up to 25% travel.

You will install, test, and troubleshoot equipment and work closely with the service manager to ensure reliable operation.

Qualifications

• 5 years of ammonia refrigeration experience.
• Universal EPA license.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Qualified to work on both ammonia and freon systems.
• Ability to meet all physical requirements.
• Trade school graduation and RETA certification preferred but not required.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on freon and ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Install, test, and troubleshoot industrial refrigeration equipment.

IHG Mechanical is seeking a skilled and experienced Freon and Ammonia Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team in Los Angeles, CA. This is a full-time opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about industrial refrigeration and committed to delivering high-quality service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of experience in ammonia refrigeration
• Universal EPA license
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Qualified to work on both ammonia and freon systems
• Ability to complete all the physical requirements of the position

Graduation from a trade school and RETA certification are preferred but not required.

As our Freon and Ammonia Refrigeration Technician, you'll earn $40 - $60 per hour. We also offer our team the following comprehensive benefits:

DAY-TO-DAY

This is a full-time position with a regular schedule from approximately 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with up to 25% travel.
