Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. We are seeking a Music & Lyrics Expert - French to evaluate AI-generated music and lyrics, rate quality, and compare lyrics to published songs.

You will work independently in French and English, using headphones or studio monitors, and contribute to rating prompts, creativity, and originality. Remote, up to 6 months, start date immediate, 20+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must-Have Native or near-native proficiency in French.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
• Experience as a songwriter, lyricist, performer, composer, or music journalist.
• Knowledge of the French music scene.
• Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.
• Preferred Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.
• Credited or published songwriting work.
• Broad familiarity with contemporary French genres, sub-genres, and artists.
