Welo Data is seeking detail-oriented Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and voice AI systems in Washington State. This 100% onsite, full-time role focuses on labeling, transcription, categorization, and tagging of audio-language data to help train real-world AI models.

You will follow detailed guidelines, maintain high accuracy in repetitive tasks, and collaborate with teammates on calibrations and quality sessions.

Qualifications

• French with professional-level fluency.
• Strong written communication and language fundamentals.
• 1–2 years in data labeling or related work.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail in repetitive tasks.
• Comfort in structured, process-driven environments.
• Willingness to ask questions and escalate when needed.
• Basic familiarity with AI or language data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume data labeling and annotation tasks for speech datasets.
• Follow guidelines to ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Work with audio and language data, including transcription and tagging.
• Maintain throughput while meeting quality expectations.
• Escalate unclear or ambiguous cases appropriately.
• Adapt to evolving guidelines and workflows.
• Support baseline data production needs for AI training pipelines.
• Contribute to team calibrations and quality alignment sessions.
