Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Waterville, ME is hiring for a Retail Freight Team Leader to oversee receiving, freight flow, and merchandising operations at a new store. You will guide the flow of shipments, ensure accuracy, and set up displays while managing a team of Associates.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least 6 months in a mid-to-large retailer; must be flexible for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience with a mid-to-large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks within deadlines.
• Positive attitude and strong customer/associate interaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan, unload, check in, and support merchandising of shipments.
• Receive, verify, and merchandise all direct vendor shipments.
• Maintain freight flow and dock area; ensure safety and orderliness.
• Confirm incoming merchandise accuracy and set up displays.
• Process outbound transfers of merchandise and fixtures.
• Direct the work of Associates aiding freight flow; act as Manager on Duty.
