• Knowledge of freight handling processes and regulations.
• Proficiency with WMS and TMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of freight handlers and operational staff.
• Assign tasks, guide, and monitor performance for efficiency.
• Coordinate loading, unloading, and handling of freight shipments.
• Ensure documentation, labeling, and packaging compliant with regulations.
• Plan and prioritize freight operations to meet demand and deadlines.
• Monitor workflow and adjust resources to optimize efficiency.
• Liaise with customers, carriers, and stakeholders to coordinate movements.
• Implement quality control to ensure accuracy of handling processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain service quality.
• Enforce safety protocols to promote a safe environment.
• Oversee inventory control including stock, cycle counts, reconciliation.
