Job summary

Humano is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Unloader / Freight Handler in California. The role unloads and loads freight safely, using manual handling or equipment to move goods within the warehouse, with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday, first shift from 6:30am to 3pm.

Compensation starts at $17/hour with a daily productivity bonus; associates average around $22/hour based on output. Pre-employment drug screening and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Physically demanding environment; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to meet fast-paced productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load and break down freight onto pallets following SOPs and productivity goals.
• Sort and organize freight based on PO# and SKU#.
• Break down freight if required.
• Operate various material handling equipment.
• Perform general labor tasks including sorting, repacking, labeling, and pallet repair.
• Prepare work areas, ensure materials readiness, and close documentation within deadlines.
