Job summary

Capstone is hiring a Freight Handler in Intermountain UT (West Jordan) to join a fast-paced warehouse team. You will load, unload, and move freight using an Electric Pallet Jack, perform picking and auditing tasks, and keep work areas clean and safe.

The role offers weekly pay, a strong high-performance culture, and opportunities to grow within the company. Training is provided, and benefits begin after 60 days of employment; top performers can earn $1,400 per week.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, fast-paced and very physical work.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, and housekeeping, plus other duties assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
