Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Freight Handler in Goddard, KS to join our warehouse team. Duties include loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, and palletizing as directed by site leadership.

This fast-paced, physical role requires lifting between 25 and 75 lbs. We offer weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for career growth across our sites, with paid training and travel intro opportunities.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; ability to handle varied materials.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but on-the-job training is available.

• Load and unload goods, pick, freight haul, audit, repack, sort, palletize, clean up and support site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
