Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Springfield, IL is seeking a forklift-certified associate to support store operations on the sales floor and in backroom logistics. You will assist customers, stock shelves, and ensure safety and compliance with company policies.

The role includes operating forklifts, handling pallet jacks, organizing inventory, processing club pickup orders, and upholding Walmart standards for service, integrity, and efficiency. This position is onsite with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 90 days of forklift experience and certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and pallet jacks following safety guidelines.
• Comply with policies, procedures and ethics; assist members/customers.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandising, stock and rotate merchandise.
• Process club pickup orders and stage products per policy.
• Monitor inventory, reduce shrink, and report unsafe conditions.
