Job summary

Walmart Inc. through Sam’s Club in Katy, TX is seeking an associate responsible for operating forklifts, assisting members, and maintaining safety and stocking standards.

You will support club operations and help drive customer satisfaction on a fast-paced sales floor. Applicants should have forklift certification, basic pallet jack handling, and a willingness to work in a retail environment with a focus on service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 90 days of prior forklift experience and forklift certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely following company standards and guidelines.
• Assist members with technology services, purchasing decisions, and self-service options.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper merchandising of the sales floor and displays.
• Ensure accurate stock levels, inventory, and proper log documentation.
• Process club pick-up orders and perform occasional audits for accuracy.
