Qualifications

• 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complies with company policies and ethics by implementing related action plans and Open Door Policy.
• Operates forklift following company standards and safely handling merchandise pallets.
• Receives and organizes stock from distribution centers and suppliers, manages inventory flow.
• Maintains safety on the floor and conducts safety sweeps.
• Maintains merchandising presentation and stock levels on the sales floor.
• Fills club pickup orders and ensures accurate staging and timely preparation.
• Tracks inventory and reports poor practices or low stock levels.
• Escalates forklift issues to management when equipment is not in working order.
