Job summary

Walmart in Longview, TX is seeking a forklift-certified associate to support merchandise movement, stock replenishment, and member service on the sales floor. You will operate forklifts, pick, stage, and present products while following safety policies and accurate paperwork.

This role partners with team members to ensure timely stocking, assists customers with self-service tech, and helps maintain clean displays, promotions, and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: Customer Service, Retail Experience, Supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and pallet jacks following safety procedures and company standards.
• Receive, stock, and stage merchandise; manage inventory and ensure correct displays.
• Assist members with product locations, self-service tech, and purchasing decisions.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and orderly merchandising areas on the sales floor.
• Contribute to replenishment, audits, and accuracy of paperwork and logs.
