Job summary

Sam's East, Inc. in Cookeville, TN seeks a dedicated forklift associate to move, stock, and merchandise goods on the sales floor and in backroom areas. You will assist members with product questions, locate items, and ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment in a fast-paced warehouse-style club setting.

You'll operate forklifts and pallet jacks, follow safety procedures, stock shelves, and complete necessary paperwork while upholding Walmart's customer-first standards and benefits program.

Qualifications

• 90 days of forklift experience and certification
• Ability to safely use pallet jacks and other handling equipment
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move, pick, and place merchandise and pallets.
• Assist members with purchases, locating items, and resolving issues.
• Maintain safety and sanitation of the store floor and work areas.
• Stock, rotate, and stage merchandise while ensuring display integrity.
• Complete required paperwork and logs for inventory and safety.
