Job summary

Walmart is hiring a part-time forklift operator at our Charlotte, NC location. You will move merchandise, stock shelves, assist members with purchases and self-service options, and help maintain a safe, organized sales floor.

Responsibilities include inventory control, safety practices, and supporting club pickup orders while providing strong customer service and teamwork. 18+ and forklift cert required.

Qualifications

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complies with company policies and ethics by applying open door policy.
• Operates forklift safely to move pallets and merchandise.
• Completes tasks by prioritizing with guidance from managers and coworkers.
• Receives and organizes merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Provides member service and assists with self-service technology and purchases.
• Maintains safety and sanitation, reports unsafe conditions.
• Maintains sales floor and displays, supports promotional setup and inventory.
• Assists with club pickup orders and performs periodic audits for accuracy.
