Job summary

Truck Driver Nation is looking for Freight Dispatchers at both entry-level and experienced levels. You will coordinate shipments, communicate with drivers and carriers, and ensure freight moves efficiently across the country.

Flexible scheduling and remote work options are available, with training provided to new dispatchers. Prior experience in dispatch is a plus, but entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates accepted.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Must be able to multitask and manage multiple loads.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn the freight dispatch process for entry-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate freight loads for owner-operators and carriers.
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track shipments and provide clients with real-time updates.
• Problem-solve delays or issues that arise during transport.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries.
