Bi-Mart is seeking a Swing Shift Department Manager to lead an afternoon/evening department, provide exceptional customer service, and support daily store operations. You will coach team members, stock merchandise, maintain displays, and ensure a clean, organized department.

Responsibilities

• Lead a department during afternoon and evening hours while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting daily store operations.
• Stock merchandise, maintain attractive department displays, replenish inventory, and keep the department clean and organized.
• Provide coaching, direction, and support to team members to help achieve sales, merchandising, and operational goals.
• Oversee daily store activities including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, freight processing, and department operations.
• When scheduled as PIC, serve as Manager on Duty and lead overall store operations with flexible scheduling.
