Titan Group is seeking a Freight/Aggregate Truck Driver at the Little River, SC ready-mix plant. The role involves operating a haul truck to move aggregates between the pit, plant, and stockpiles, while following safety and environmental guidelines.

Responsibilities include safety-first operations, routine inspections, and efficient material handling. Night shifts, weekend work, and overtime may be required. DOT/compliance processes will be completed before hire.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record required.
• Quad-axle dump truck experience required.
• Professional and courteous attitude toward coworkers, supervisors and customers.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat and cold.
• Operate equipment, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Able to pass pre-employment steps (background check, DOT physical, drug screen, MVR).
• Personal protective equipment required.

S&W Ready Mix is currently seeking aFreight/Aggregate Truck Driverbased at the Little River, SC Ready Mix Concrete Plant. As a driver, the primary function of your role is to operate a haul truck to transport raw and processed aggregates and from the pit to the plant or stacking area and stockpile in a safe and efficient manner while observing all safety, health and environmental rules and practices. May operate a freight or quad-axle dump truck responsible for safely and efficiently driving, loading, transporting, and unloading raw materials from vendor location to production plants.

Responsibilities

Drivers Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Promote and actively pursue Safety First mentality and provide feedback on process and safety improvements.
• Follow established traffic patterns avoiding hazards; promptly reporting any unsafe conditions.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices on equipment and in the plant.
• Perform individual thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and accurately complete daily mobile equipment reports.
• Check haul truck vehicle fluids and add fluids as necessary. Grease the truck as required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Must have quad-axle dump truck experience.
• Ability to display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and customers at all times.
• Ability to work outdoors with exposure to extreme heat and cold and other outdoor environmental conditions.
• Ability to operate equipment, tools and controls, perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists and feet, frequent reaching, climbing (up and down the truck several times a day), stooping, kneeling, crouching, sitting and lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and OT.
• Ability to pass pre-employment processes including criminal background check, DOT physical, drug screen, and Motor Vehicle Report.
• Ability to wear and use required Personal Protective Equipment.
• Must not be limited to Intrastate travel/hauling only.
