Crawford Electric Supply, a member of the Sonepar family, is hiring a Freight Administrator to manage freight charges on customer orders, validate transactions, and ensure correct GL coding. This role supports the shipping and accounting teams to keep freight processes accurate and efficient.

Based in a remote or branch setting, you will monitor freight audit reports, review recoveries, and help drive on-time delivery while upholding our commitment to customer service and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring applicable freight charges are accurately captured and accounted for on customer sales orders.
• Reviewing and validating freight-related transactions for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensuring freight invoices are coded to the appropriate General Ledger accounts.
• Overseeing daily review and resolution of the Eclipse Freight Audit Report, including tagged purchase order freight transactions.
• Monitoring freight recovery reporting to ensure freight revenue and recoverable costs are appropriately captured each month.
